In January 2020 a new start-up called Naiad Lab was create in Edmonton. Its goal is to commercialized some of the CISCO Chair technologies such as MedROAD and MedBIKE. The company is getting great interests from the healthcare system and is planning to deploy MedROAD at a private clinic in Pincher Creek and at an aged care facility in Edmonton.
